1. Introduction

Welcome to Mobile Recharge AE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Mobile Recharge AE is a mobile recharge platform that allows users to recharge mobile phones of various operators in the UAE. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mobile Recharge AE.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Service" refers to the website, mobile applications, and services provided by Mobile Recharge AE.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to a registered profile created by a User on the Service.
• "Transaction" refers to any recharge, payment, or other financial operations conducted through the Service.
• "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Mobile Recharge AE cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Service Description

The Service enables Users to recharge mobile phones of various operators in the UAE. The Service acts as an intermediary between Users and mobile operators. Mobile Recharge AE does not provide mobile services directly.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Service.

5. Payments and Transactions

5.1 Recharge Transactions

When you initiate a recharge transaction, you authorize Mobile Recharge AE to process the transaction on your behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate recharge information, including the correct mobile number and operator.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for transactions. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5.3 Fees and Charges

Mobile Recharge AE may charge service fees for certain transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time upon notice.

5.4 Transaction Failures and Refunds

In case of transaction failures or errors, our refund policy applies. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mobile Recharge AE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mobile Recharge AE.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mobile Recharge AE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The limitations of liability set forth above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobile Recharge AE, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
